Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide specialized speech-language pathology services to students within educational settings, supporting their communication needs and fostering academic success. This role involves working across multiple schools with travel between locations in the Leominster, MA area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting required by educational standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Manage travel between assigned school locations as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification/license
- Experience providing SLP services in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness and ability to travel between multiple school sites
